Data protection

Privacy and data protection at EMPMAX.

EMPMAX collects only the information needed to understand enquiries, route people toward suitable support, respond to bookings and review contractor or partnership interest.

What is collected

Website enquiries are designed to be useful without asking for unnecessary private detail.

Please only share what is relevant to the enquiry. The website does not need medical records, detailed trauma history, financial documents or unnecessary sensitive information.

Contact details

Name, email, phone and preferred contact time

Used so EMPMAX can respond to the enquiry, arrange a call and follow up appropriately.

Support need

Support category, urgency and short background

Used to route enquiries toward coaching, counselling, mentoring, career support, training, youth support or another suitable next step.

Organisation details

Training, quote and partnership information

Used to understand audience size, delivery format, training aims, contractor readiness or partnership interest.

Assistant messages

AI intake context and enquiry summaries

Used to provide clearer website answers, identify the likely support route and create an enquiry summary when the visitor chooses to leave details.

How information is used

EMPMAX uses enquiry information for clear, limited purposes.

Storage

Private Vercel storage

Form submissions are saved to private CSV registers in Vercel Blob storage. These files are not public website pages and are accessed through protected director-only CSV routes.

Access

Limited director review

Enquiry and contractor CSV downloads require a secure admin token. Sensitive CSV routes are marked no-store and noindex so they are not intended for browser or search caching.

Security

Practical protection

The site uses HTTPS through Vercel, protected API routes, spam controls, response security headers and private storage for lead information.

Safeguarding and sensitive information

The intake process is careful, but it is not emergency support.

If someone appears to be at immediate risk, safety and urgent signposting come before booking or qualification.

Crisis

Immediate danger

If you are in immediate danger or feel you may harm yourself or someone else, call 999 now or go to A&E.

Under 18

Young person enquiries

Where support is for a young person, EMPMAX may need to involve a parent, guardian, school, support worker or appropriate adult.

Boundaries

No diagnosis in the website

The website assistant does not diagnose, provide therapy, replace a counsellor, doctor, crisis worker or emergency service.

Choice

Share only what is needed

Visitors are encouraged to share only enough information for EMPMAX to understand the enquiry and make contact safely.

Your choices

You can contact EMPMAX about your personal information.

You can ask EMPMAX to confirm what enquiry information is held about you, correct details, request deletion where appropriate, or raise a concern about how your information is used.
